Team Spirit, Tradition & Lots of Fun: Our BAROS Team Event in Munich 🎯🍻

When colleagues from different departments compete in challenges together, race each other on bumper cars, and win a new office mascot at the shooting gallery as a team effort, it can only mean one thing: BAROS team event time. 🚀

End of April, employees from across the entire company came together in Munich for a day full of team spirit, competition, and authentic Bavarian festival vibes. The event was organized by the Finance, Sales, Marketing, and HR departments — but everyone across BAROS Solutions was invited to join.

Kicking Off with a Team Challenge in Munich

The day started in the morning with “Team-Up! – The Team Duel” in Munich. Inspired by popular game shows, mixed teams competed against each other in a variety of interactive challenges.

The games required not only speed and skill, but also communication, creativity, and teamwork. It was great to see colleagues from different departments developing strategies together, motivating each other, and giving every challenge their full effort.

Of course, a little friendly competition could not be missing either — after the first few victories, every point suddenly became very important. 😄

Heading to the Munich Spring Festival 🎡

After the challenges, the whole group continued to the famous Theresienwiese for the Munich Spring Festival. Reserved boxes in the Festhalle Bayernland were already waiting for us.

With traditional Bavarian music, great food, and an amazing atmosphere, the afternoon quickly turned into an unforgettable experience filled with laughter, conversations, and shared moments.

For many colleagues, it was the perfect opportunity to connect outside of daily work routines and spend quality time together in person.

Of course, no festival visit would be complete without enjoying the attractions as well. Some jumped straight into the bumper cars for a few “competitive” team races, while others tested their aim at the shooting gallery.

One of the funniest highlights of the day:
As a true team effort, we successfully “won” a brand-new office mascot at the shooting stand — which will most likely soon find its permanent place in the office. 🏆
