    What is BAROS.CLOUD?

    Our offering includes three products:

    1. Software for your Amazon Vendor business – daily operations
    Automated recovery of Shortage Claims, Price Claims, and CoOp Claims. Central monitoring of chargebacks, such as SIPP and SIOC, returns, all invoices, and payments across all Vendor Centrals.

    2. Retro Claim CoOp recovery – historical amounts
    BAROS identifies overcharged marketing costs and recovers them for you with no effort on your side — up to 7 years retroactively.

    3. Retro Claim Shortage recovery – historical amounts
    BAROS identifies open Shortage Claim amounts, such as quantity discrepancies and PQV, and recovers them together with you — up to 6 years retroactively.

    Can these products be used independently of each other?

    Yes, the BAROS.CLOUD products can be booked flexibly and independently of each other. This allows companies to use exactly the solutions they currently need.

    The success rate depends on various factors within your Vendor Centrals, including country structure, revenue, AVS, Vendor Manager, historical activities, and more.

    How does the onboarding process work?

    The onboarding process takes place in several steps:

    How long does the potential analysis and data integration take?

    Depending on the data volume and Vendor setup, this usually takes 10 to 14 days.

    What data does BAROS need from Vendor Central?

    The following data is required:

    Costs and inventory, digital reports, financial reports, invoices, integration management such as EDI/API, operational performance, operational reports, payments, product management, purchase orders, returns, and shipments.

    The data is used exclusively to analyze invoices, payments, and claims. No personal data according to GDPR, end-customer data, or bank account data is processed.

    What technical effort is required for the integration?

    BAROS only requires access to your Vendor Central, so the technical effort for the Vendor is very low.

    No complex IT integration or development work is required from the customer.

    Data Security

    Where is the data stored?

    The data is stored on secure servers within Germany and processed according to current security standards.

    How does BAROS ensure data security?

    To protect your sensitive data, BAROS uses:

    • encrypted data transmission
    • secure cloud infrastructure
    • strictly controlled multi-factor access rights

    Costs & Contracts

    What costs arise before signing a contract?

    None!

    The potential analysis, onboarding, and 14-day trial period are free of charge and non-binding.

    What costs arise when using BAROS products?

    What contract terms are available?

    The contract term is agreed individually. As a rule, there is a minimum term of 12 months.

    Are there cancellation periods?

    Yes, the cancellation period is 3 months before the end of the contract term and is transparently regulated in the contract.
